Our aim is to ensure that your guests feel at comfortable and that you can rely on us. The fact that the coffee is truly excellent is a natural consequence of our approach: we want to know where our ingredients come from.
For us, speciality coffee isn’t just about fancy extras – it’s about craftsmanship at every stage. From farming to roasting to brewing with a espresso machine.

This coffee bean is roasted especially for us – by Caffè Due Mani, an independently-run specialty roastery in Frankfurt’s East Harbour.
‘Due Mani’ means ‘Two Hands’: meticulous craftsmanship applied to every bean, no industrial blends.
3. Preparation – Craftsmanship right down to the very last cup
Our baristas work exclusively with professional portafilter machines from La Marzocco, San Remo and Victoria Arduino – and use the Mahlkönig E65 Grind by Weight to grind the coffee, which measures out the exact weight.
All drinks are decorated with latte art. Available with whole milk or oat drink on request – whatever your guests prefer.
