Since 2018, Kaffeekirsch’le Catering has been bringing the art of barista craftsmanship to you.
Our team of beverage technologists, master chefs, baristas and master roasters. One thing connects us all: a passion for high-quality, freshly brewed coffee and a love of excellent food.
We make sure that every coffee moment is unforgettable. Quality and regionality are at the heart of what we do.
We believe in using the best-quality ingredients and working with local producers. This enables us to guarantee a catering experience that is both delicious and ethically sourced.
We are based in the Rhine-Main region and offer bespoke coffee catering for trade fairs, conferences and private events in Frankfurt am Main, Mainz and Wiesbaden, to name some locations.
The benefit for our customers: there are no accommodation costs! We can also travel throughout Germany on request.
Rahel Symanzik
Founder, Barista & CEO
A passion for coffee gave rise to a vision: While living abroad in Perth, Australia, founder Rahel Symanzik discovered her enthusiasm for speciality coffee and international coffee culture.
Back in Germany, she furthered her knowledge through numerous barista training courses and a bachelor’s degree specialising in business administration, sustainability and project management.
As a barista and events manager at a coffee roastery in Baden, she gained valuable experience in events and coffee catering.
In 2018, Kaffeekirsch’le was founded with a great deal of passion – an owner-managed business specialising in mobile coffee catering, barista catering and modern beverage concepts.
Together with my team, we now provide catering for events of all sizes – from international trade fairs to exclusive client events with up to 5,000 guests – offering high-quality speciality coffee, as well as the latest beverage trends such as matcha, ube, cold brew and seasonal drinks.
Our mission: exceptional drinks, personalised service and a catering experience that delights guests and leaves a lasting impression.
